Conor Roberts serves as the Regional Land Director for the South East at Mac Mic Group, a role he has held since 2019. In this capacity, he established the company's South East Region and inaugurated their Paddington office in 2020.

With over 15 years of experience in the land and property industry, Conor manages the South East team at Mac Mic. His expertise encompasses a range of activities, including:

  • Purchasing land for individual niche developments.

  • Assembling parcels for large-scale developments.

  • Advancing Local Plan allocations.

He is recognized for his relentless drive to achieve results, regardless of the challenges encountered. Conor adopts an adaptive and flexible approach, utilizing personal and common-sense strategies to navigate the complex planning system. He focuses on simplifying processes to cut through bureaucratic obstacles while maintaining a friendly and commercially minded demeanor.

Under his leadership, Mac Mic's London office has secured several significant deals in the South East of England, paving the way for over 600 new homes in the Thames Valley. Additionally, the Strategic Land Division's South East region has agreed on terms with landowners to facilitate much-needed new homes in Hampshire.
